We may receive names, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, partnership interests, and messages submitted through our inquiry form or direct communication channels.

We use inquiry details to respond, assess partnership fit, coordinate project discussions, improve services, and maintain appropriate organizational records. We do not sell personal information.

Community and research data

Project data should be collected for a clear purpose, limited to what is necessary, protected from inappropriate access, and reported in ways that avoid exposing individuals without a valid reason and permission.

Form processing

The website inquiry form is delivered through FormSubmit, an external form-processing service. Visitors may instead email EarthGuard directly if they do not wish to use the form.

Information should be kept only as long as it remains useful for the stated purpose, legal obligations, accountability, or legitimate organizational records, with reasonable measures used to reduce loss or unauthorized access.
